About Us

Stephen Sanders is the only ocularist in the world that has a Master of Fine Arts Degree in sculpture, Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in ceramics, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Painting. In addition Mr. Sanders holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Mr. Sanders brings to the field of ocularistry the highest degree of artistic skill and integrity.

Outside of serving his patients by designing and manufacturing artificial eyes, Mr. Sanders produces works of art in painting and sculpture and drawings at his private studio.

David J. Hausmann joined our practice in August 2009. Mr. Hausmann has several years of experience as an ocularist. To become board certified, he has joined us at Fairbanks Ocular Prosthetics, Inc.

We wish to expand our service area over the Southeast and with this welcome addition to our team it will be easier than ever to accommodate our patients.
